During our prenatal visits, we'll meet in the comfort of your home to prepare for your birth with confidence. Together, we'll discuss your birth preferences, create a personalized birth plan, review labor and comfort techniques, and explore what to expect throughout labor, birth, and the immediate postpartum period.
These visits also provide an opportunity for us to build a trusting relationship, ensuring you and your partner feel comfortable, informed, and supported before your baby's arrival. You'll receive thoughtfully curated resource packets filled with evidence-based handouts, educational guides, and helpful tools to reference throughout your pregnancy and beyond.

Beginning at 36 weeks of pregnancy, I will be on call and available to provide guidance, answer your questions, and offer evidence-based information, resources, and trusted referrals whenever you need them.
We'll also establish regular check-in times throughout the remainder of your pregnancy, connecting via text or phone to discuss how you're feeling, address any concerns, and ensure you feel supported, informed, and confident as you prepare to welcome your baby.
-
Beginning at 36 weeks of pregnancy, I will be officially on call for your birth and available 24/7 until your baby arrives. During this time, I'll be prepared to join you whenever labor begins and you request my support, providing continuous guidance, reassurance, and hands-on care throughout your birth journey.
-
When you decide it's time for me to join you, I will meet you at your home, birth center, or hospital and remain by your side throughout your labor and birth. My role is to provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support, helping you feel safe, confident, and empowered every step of the way.
Throughout labor, I will offer comfort measures, encouragement, position changes, breathing and relaxation techniques, advocacy support, and evidence-based information to help you make informed decisions as your birth unfolds.
After your baby is born, I will continue to support you during those precious first moments by assisting with skin-to-skin contact, initiating breastfeeding if desired, and helping your family settle into the postpartum period. I typically remain with you for approximately two hours after birth, or until you feel comfortable and ready for me to step away.
-
Within the first two weeks after your baby's birth, we will schedule a postpartum follow-up visit in the comfort of your home. During this visit, we'll take time to reflect on and process your birth experience, assess how you and your baby are adjusting, and address any questions or concerns you may have.
I will provide personalized lactation and infant feeding support, discuss your postpartum recovery and wellness goals, offer newborn care guidance, and connect you with trusted resources and referrals as needed. My goal is to ensure you feel supported, confident, and cared for as you transition into life with your new baby.

POSTPARTUM Doula
AS YOUR POSTPARTUM DOULA, I WILL SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY…
..during the last few months of your pregnancy and once the baby has been brought home. During the prenatal visits we will discuss your plans/preferences for postpartum, including feeding, sleeping, and postpartum care. I can offer product recommendations to help prepare for postpartum recovery and newborn care. We can work together to finish your registry and organize your nursery/home to prepare for baby’s arrival.
Once the baby is home I will join you at home to support your family as your transition into parenthood. My goal as a postpartum doula is that by the end of our time together you will not need my support any longer. I start out my postpartum support with 10-15 hours in the first week, over 6 days, and as the weeks continue my hours and days will taper off as your need for my support changes.
I’ll hold space and help facilitate healing from any emotional distress surrounding your pregnancy, birth, or postpartum period. I want you to feel supported and loved during the time you need it the most.
I look forward to supporting you through this amazing life change!

PostpartumBelly Binding
AS A BELLY BINDER I WILL INITIATE YOUR POSTPARTUM HEALING JOURNEY
Belly Binding encourages healing from pelvic/pubic separation that occurs during pregnacy; It supports the relaxed and stretched out muscles. It reduces fluid and air retention in bowels and abdominal walls. In addition, it gets rid of the “empty” feeling after birth. Belly Binding a partial bind during pregnancy can be especially beneficial for pelvic support.
It is an Ancient Practice that I have helped to bring it to our Modern Time.
SETTING THE TONE
With Gentle Music in the background, fresh flowers, and baby friendly essential oils, I set the tone for a relaxing and nurturing experience.
I bring A Medicinal Astrigent for a gentle belly massage that is meant to help close the womb, bring your organs and muscles back in alignment to help you recover during postpartum. In addition, I will focus in giving a gentle massage to the round ligaments.
WOMB MASSAGE
BELLY BINDING
I Complete the session with belly binding and include guidance with a video on how to self bind for the weeks to come. You will continue the ritual at home for the remaining of 40 days. Book your session through Belly Bind @https://www.bellibind.com/isabel-cuevas
